Jesus, people used your name in ways that wounded me. You know what happened, including the parts I still cannot explain. Help me separate your voice from manipulation, shame, and fear.
Lead me toward truth and safety. Give me wise boundaries, trustworthy companions, and freedom from pressure to heal on someone else's timetable. Where forgiveness is possible, form it without denial; where accountability is needed, give courage and help. Amen.
